Common Questions
- Where is my data stored?
- All your expense data is stored in your personal Google account — receipts in Google Drive and expense details in Google Sheets. We never store your data on our servers.
- What happens if I uninstall the app?
- Your data remains safe in your Google account. Reinstall the app and sign in with the same Google account to access everything again.
- Why does the app need Google Drive access?
- HSA Vault uses a dedicated folder in your Google Drive to store receipt photos. We only access files created by the app — never your other files.
- How do I export my expenses?
- Use the Export Data feature from the dashboard to generate a formatted PDF of your expenses. You can filter by date range and optionally include receipt photos.
